Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please do not send items back without first receiving written confirmation from us — unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Refunds

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
